What we collect

Your email address, to sign you in.
Your journal entries (as text), the answers to the daily stress check, and what Rekny derives from them: categories, short summaries and your story.
If you turn it on: stress data from your wearable via Health Connect.

Voice recordings are used only to create the text of your entry and are not stored.

Why, and on what legal basis

Who processes your data

Supabase (database and sign-in), hosted in the EU.
Mistral AI (transcription and text analysis), EU. Your data is not used to train AI models.
A therapist, only if you connect with them and only while the connection is active. Read-only, and every view is logged and visible to you.

Your rights
